Facility Rentals

The township offers several meeting rooms including:

1. •Community Services Building (All Purpose Room)
   (2900 N. Main St., Buffalo Grove, IL 60089
   Weekday Resident Rate: $26 per hour (no alcohol), $81 per hour (with alcohol)
   Weekday Non Resident: $52 per hour (no alcohol), $162 per hour (with alcohol)
   Weekend Resident Rates: $45 per hour (no alcohol), $100 per hour (with alcohol)
   Weekend Non Resident: $90 per hour (no alcohol), $200 per hour (with Alcohol)
   
   Renters requesting the use of alcohol during rental hours must also provide “Liquor Liability Insurance” (Dram Shop Insurance) and show Vernon Township as an “additional insured” on the policy.
   

2. •Pool and Water Slide
   (16652 N. Buffalo Grove Road, Prairie View, IL 60069)
   Pool rental is Saturday and Sundays during the summer. User can choose from 9:45 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. or 6:15 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. Food  and Beverage not permitted on the pool deck. Alcohol and Tobacco are not permitted in the Park.
   
   Resident Rates (Non Resident rates are double rate shown below)
   Main Pool Rental - $140
   Slide - $70
   Wading pool - $70
   Additional Life Guard - $30 (Required if more than 50 people will be on the pool deck)
   

3. •Picnic Shelter

   Resident Rates (Non Resident rates are double the rate shown below)
   $10 per hour (under 50 people)
   $18 (over 50 people)
